Numa proposta de sincronicidade entre os espaços @janainatorresgaleria e Gruta, iremos fazer uma abertura conjunta, ativando o entorno e o circuito Barra Funda. As aberturas simultâneas entre Gruta e Janaina Torres Galeria também marcam o reencontro de Lapagese e Pitan Garcia, artistas responsáveis pela criação e gestão do BREU, espaço que existiu entre 2017-2020 também na Barra Funda

Em Precipício, Julio Lapagesse reúne uma série de trabalhos que fazem parte da pesquisa recente do artista sobre o registro performático através do desenho. Nesses trabalhos o artista faz uma investigação sobre a queda, através do desenho, da performance, da pintura e da poesia.

Starting the year 2023 with Júlio Lapagesse's solo exhibition, "Precipício."

In a proposal for synchronicity between the spaces @janainatorresgaleria and Gruta, we will have a joint opening, activating the surroundings and the Barra Funda circuit. The simultaneous openings between Gruta and Janaina Torres Galeria also mark the reunion of Lapagese and Pitan Garcia, artists responsible for the creation and management of BREU, a space that existed between 2017-2020 also in Barra Funda.

In "Precipício," Julio Lapagesse brings together a series of works that are part of the artist's recent research on performative registration through drawing. In these works, the artist investigates the fall through drawing, performance, painting, and poetry.
